Key Onboarding Terms
and Conditions

Eligibility

  • 1) Only multi-unit residential properties qualify for onboarding.
  • 2) We do not support single detached homes, hostels, or commercial properties.

Sales and Management Terms

  • 1) We prefer to manage our properties. This safeguards home values, upholds our brand promise, and ensures consistent occupancy and returns. While some developers have their own management systems, we aim to showcase the effectiveness of our model.
  • 2) If Citiliving sells 50% or more of the units in a project, it automatically becomes a Citiliving-Managed Home, which includes:
    • Tenant placement
    • Property and facilities management
    • Smooth operations for all involved
    If we sell fewer than 50% of the units, you can still choose Citiliving for management.
  • 3) To protect buyer interests and maintain standards, we have a few non-negotiables:
    • We monitor construction and project handover quality
    • No shortlets. All Citiliving-listed homes are for residential housing only
