How does the joint venture (JV) structure work?

You contribute land; Citiliving leads design, approvals, construction, leasing, and management. We co-own the asset (units or revenue share as agreed). Title is secured in trust during development, with transparent reporting and clear profit-share terms in the JV agreement.

Do I pay any fees to join a Joint Venture with Citiliving?

No. As a landowner, you do not pay any upfront fees to partner with Citiliving.

What returns should a landowner expect?

Returns depend on location, unit mix, build cost, and market rents. We model scenarios up-front and agree a unit allocation or revenue share so you participate directly in long-term rental income and asset appreciation.
